CANDABA - Residents here have lauded the initiative of the Department of Public Works and Highways (DPWH) Regional Director Antonio Molano in his desire to finish the remaining three kilometers of the Baliuag-Candaba-Sta. Ana road.
They believed that the completion of the said project would open oppurtunities to local traders and could even boost the economy here.
Earlier, Molano, in a meeting with the barangay officials held in the municipal hall, stated that he has already sent a request to DPWH Secretary Rogelio Singson to allocate funds for completion of the remaining three kilometers.
He likewise assured the residents that projects soon to be implemented in the area would be done differently this time as he would closely monitor the same.
